A Suite Christmas
By Celia K Nott
Christmas,
snowstorms, and a messed up reservation. Sure, what can go, right? You toss in
a couple of totally different people with troubled pasts, some “helpful” inn
guests, a helpful innkeeper, and things get interesting.
This
is a sweet Christmas romance, but you will get the play on words in the title.
Jada and Bear meet literally by accident and then are forced to spend time
together. Strange how the universe works at times. Elbie, the innkeeper, reminds me of
Clarence from “It’s A Wonderful Life.” Like she knows the future and helps them
get there.
The
characters are very likable, which then makes it easy to cheer for them. The
author has a lovely relaxed, comfortable to read writing style, which will grab
you from the start. Definitely worth adding to your TBR list. Do yourself a
favor and push it toward the top.
Some
great lines within the book will get you to laugh for sure, “penis shriveling
cold” is one of them. Can I say that in a review? Trust me, you will get some
laughs. And, you should even get some tears.
I
should mention I was given an ARC copy for an honest review.
