In
1997 I met my wife on the internet, which was taboo at the time. Now, it is commonplace. So, while reading this book, I was taken back to that time.
Just
like Madelyn, my wife carried a good deal of baggage, as did I. In the end, love
finds its way to her.
The story grabbed me from the start and kept me moving along during the whole read.
The characters also get your attention from the beginning, and you begin to
pull for them. The plot and subplots are interesting. I don’t want to give away
any spoilers. Still, things get interesting when she finds two potential men to
fall for, but she satisfyingly juggles them.
I
am one who does like witty banter between characters. Still, there was some
awkward dialogue that detracted a little, but things did flow smoothly for the
most part.
Definity
pick up a copy; I am sure you wind it enjoyable as well.
